La Chambre Rose, the pink room, is perfect for an individual who needs an overnight stay or temporary furnished housing. Located in the main house, the completely furnished bedroom features a double four poster bed carved from solid mahogany with pineapple finials, a family heirloom. With the pink painted walls, the toile pattern bed coverlet with matching pillows and white eyelet bed skirt coordinate perfectly, Neiman Marcus Catalog.
Linens are 400 count luxury 100% cotton sheets, feather pillows and mattress cover and quality cotton blanket, Ralph Lauren.
Flanking the bed is a vintage Victorian wall shelf that houses a collection of French Limoges and hand painted porcelains. An heirloom original hand-painted oil on canvas hangs above the head of the bed, painted by Birdie Sue Moore. Bedside the bed, the bedside table is a mahogany console holds guest’s reading material, Snob Consignment Shop, Winston Salem, NC. An Antique Chippendale style four drawer chest with mirror made of mahogany provides ample storage for clothing, Bowen Town and Country Furniture, Winston Salem NC.
Framed 18th century botanical engravings and pink English Crown Ducal porcelains adorn the brilliant pink walls. Antique blanket chest of inlayed mahogany at foot of bed holds bedding, Nolensville Antique Mall, Nashville Tn. Bedroom chair is vintage Victorian hand needlepoint with floral motif, a family heirloom belonging to my grandmother. Guest Bathroom
This guest bathroom features a vanity top of Corion with polished chrome plumbing fixtures and above sink are four light fixtures that provides abundant vanity lighting. Pottery barn, cottage style vanity cabinet for personal storage with full size mirror overhanging the length of the cabinet. Shower and full bathtub present. An assortment of vintage bath and hand guest towels hang over commode and beside sink vanity. Gray slate tiles cover the floor in a diagonal pattern and window dressed with plantation shutters. Belle Terre Farm
Beautifully furnished bedroom and private bath is now available at the unique country manor home of Belle Terre Farm. Belle Terre is a 10 acre horse farm located in a quiet, peaceful area of Davie County in Mocksville, North Carolina. With close proximity to the interstate, travel time to Winston Salem, Lexington, Clemmons, Yadkinville, or Statesville is 20 minutes. Shuttle bus service is available to Winston Salem through Part, Inc and is accessed at the super Walmart location.
Perfect for an individual who is looking for the charm and feel of a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Enjoy a pastoral view from your bedroom of the farm and horses grazing in the pasture. Belle Terre Farm is tastefully appointed with antiques and high end accessories.
